How to Slim Hips, Hip Exercises

If you are suffering from bulky hips or thighs then there is a need to slim hip and thighs. But unfortunately people don't get a perfect and effective solution to overcome from this problem easily. Regular doing some exercises will definitely help in reducing the fat in your hips and thighs. Women are predisposed to gain weight especially in the hip region in their child bearing years. To lose even an inch in the hips, diet and exercises are must. To slim your hips with exercise, you must follow these steps.

Prefer to do side lunges. Bend your knee by taking a step to the side with one foot. Slightly bend the other leg but not too much. You will feel a stretch in your hip and leg. Then repeat this process with other leg. It is a good exercise to slim your hip. You can also do this exercise with hand weights.

If you want to burn fat than move aerobically. Remember the key to smaller hip are diets and exercises. Walking, biking and running are the good lower body exercises. Try to do aerobic exercises for a session of 30 minutes. Repeat this session for at least five times a week. You will definitely get some positive result to slim your hip.

Stand with your feet apart and the toes pointed in the out ward direction. Hands should be placed on the outside of the thigh. Your back should be straight to the floor. By bending your knees, slide your hands down from your thighs to the knees. Wait for a while then return to the starting position. Repeat this exercise for 10-20 times every day. It is a good and an effective exercise.

Skipping is also very effective to slim your hip and thigh. So buy a rope and make a habit to skip for 10 minutes at least 3-4 times a day. You will get an effective result after few days. Like this swimming is also good and effective to slim hip and thigh.

Lift your leg slowly, sideways and purposefully. To maintain balance, it will be best to hold something. It is a standing side lift and it is done by moving legs in the out ward direction. You can take the help of hand also. By this movement target should be made in the spot to tighten the muscles and reducing exercises for a slimmer look.
