Common problem with most of the women is their bulky thighs. It is the biggest problem for the women who want to show their thighs by adopting new fashion wear. Aerobic Exercises

If aerobic exercises are performed with the help of an instructor then this will help in reducing the fat in the thigh region. So to slim your thigh joining an aerobic class is a great idea.

Skipping

It is known to every one that rope skipping is a very healthy exercise for all of us. Make a habit to skip for at least 10 minutes everyday. It will reduce the fat in the thigh region and reduce the over all weight also. After few days this exercise will slim your thigh.



Brisk Walking

Every one is aware of this fact that brisk walking is an inevitable exercise. If any one walks fast for 20-30 minutes daily then within less time an effective result will be observed. In a very less time you will get slimmer thighs.

Swimming

In all respect, to burn calories swimming is the best exercise of all. If by making use of legs, you swim backwards then this will reduce the excessive fat present over the thigh region. So make a habit to swim to slim your thighs.

Squats

Squats are considered to be the best exercise to slim your thighs. It will gradually tone your buttock and thigh region, if it is practiced moderately. It is recommended by the therapists that you should practice this exercise three days a week.

Apart from these regular exercises to slim your thigh, you should practice few more exercises.

Keep your feet apart, stand straight. Bend in the forward direction starting from your waist. Tilt in the right side and try to clasp your ankle with both of your hands. Stay in this position till you count 20. Then come back to the previous position and repeat this exercise towards the left direction.
