Homemade pH Balancer Recipes, Food to Balance Body pH



To maintain the skin in healthier position, a good pH balancer is essential. Correct pH balance is necessary for our skin to keep it smooth. The acidity of the solution is the measure of pH. The balance in the pH is very essential and it is an important aspect of our life. The foul smells of the feet and under arms are caused due to the imbalance in pH. There are various ways to balance the pH and get rid from our problem. A good pH balancer helps us to maintain good balance in the skin and keeps our skin healthier. There are various methods to prepare the pH balance at home and get rid from the foul smell of the feet and the under arms. One of the best methods to prepare the pH balance for these problems is to mix two tablespoon of cornstarch with eight ounces of baking soda. Regularly apply this mixture to the affected area. Rinse out the affected part properly.

Some of the good methods to prepare homemade pH balancer are given below.

Take 3 cups of distilled water and one-third cups of cider vinegar. Mix these ingredients properly. Store this mixture in a decorative container and place in the bathroom. You may add various herbs or essential oils for fragrance to the basic balancer.

For oily skin you can add one of the following herb infusions and the oils. These infusion or herbs reduces the excessive oil from our skin. They are-

Geranium
Calendula
Yarrow
Horestail herb
Sage



You may add the following herb to get rid from foul smell problems for the dry and sensitive skin. You should use oils and infusion that don't have any reaction to the skin and that moisturizes the skin also. To prepare the basic balancer you must use the oil which suits to your skin. They are-

Cornflower
Houseleek
Marsh mallow (roots and leaves)
Lady's Mantle
Parsley
Sorrel
Sweet violet (flowers and leaves)

You may also use garlic as a ph balancer as garlic is a very effective antioxidant. Take peeled 8 cloves of garlic and mash it properly. Apply this mashed garlic to your face for at least 15 minutes and then rinse it finally with vinegar which is a very good pH balancer.

You must use the after cleansing pH balancer to rinse off your face. For its preparation take 3 cups of distilled water and combine it with one-third cup of cider vinegar and the essential oil of your choice. You can store this mixture in a bottle and you may use it with a cotton ball. This will help in restoring the pH balance of the skin.
