Remove Stretch Marks Naturally



When the skin is stretched too far, it causes the tissue to tear underneath and sometimes there appear some marks on the skin which is known as the stretch marks. It occurs when a person loses or gains weight quickly. Due to this the skin is discolored and sometimes fine lines appear on the skin. 1. It is very necessary to prevent the stretch marks before they appear. For pregnant lady it is necessary to moisturize their skin throughout the day. You must rub shea butter or cocoa butter onto your buttocks, breasts, stomach and hips. Vitamin A, E and rose oil should be used to prevent stretch marks from forming. Weight lifters should also use these preventive measures as they too suffer from stretch marks. The same problem happens if someone is gaining or losing weight quickly.



2. If you are fail to take the preventive measures then treat the affected skin as soon as it appears. To diminish the stretch marks which just start to appear you can use wheat germ oil and it is very effective also. Another method for treating new stretch marks is the use of Vitamin C which promotes the production of collagen. You can also prefer and try the variations of vitamin C. When glycolic is combined to it then it becomes more potent and it also supports the production of collagen. We can also use Retinoids to treat the stretch marks. Retinoids is very important in preventing wrinkles and acne and it is also very helpful in treating stretch marks.

3. Make a habit to eat healthy foods. Eat the foods which are high in protein. To keep your skin hydrated, drink enough water. Foods which are high in unhealthy fats should be avoided. They can increase our stretch marks in the stomach and buttock area as the fat will be stored there. Increase the intake of fruits as it will enhance its appearance. To maintain the elasticity of the skin exercise is also necessary.
