Exercises to Lose a Double Chin

While sitting, all you need is to lean your head in upward position and look at the roof. Try to speak out vowels in this position, that is: a, e, i, o, and u. Speak out these letters as much as you can by keeping yourself in the same position.

By following this exercise your neck muscles workout and you will feel contraction; this contraction is due to the pressure of your posture and the speaking. Follow the same procedure at least 4 to 5 times continuously and it is advised to follow this exercise 4 to 5 times daily. This is very beneficial to get rid of double chin.

Another exercise that you can follow involves sitting normally while opening your mouth widely up to 10 to 15 seconds. Slowly relax your mouth and calm down. Follow the same procedure again and again. The concept behind is to move the muscles that are pretentious when you open and close your mouth. This exercise will facilitate you to make your neck muscles tighter and will reduce the flabbiness below your chin.

You can also follow another very effective exercise. Put your head on the edge of the bed and lay down on the floor having the support of back. Take deep breaths while performing this.

When you inhale slowly and gradually up your head, slightly touch your chin on to your chest. Stay on this position for just about 10 to 15 seconds; then again gradually move back to the same stance. Follow this exercise at least 5 to 8 times everyday. Remember that your posture must be in a correct form and you'll only know if you feel some contraction in chin.

All these exercises are successful and can easily resolve your problem of losing a double chin. A psychological factor like motivation is the key to lose any sort of excessive fats. Eat healthy and eating at the right is very crucial for treatment of double chin.
