Beauty is not forever that phrase have lot to do with our living habits as well. We make ourselves look ugly and unattractive.

1. Make a count of your calories level. Start calculating your current calories and amount of calories you intake daily.

2. Make sure to control carbohydrate, fats and protein level of your body, eat balanced diet.

3. Avoid eating too many sweets, chocolates, cakes, and donuts as it have lot of calories in it. Instead, make use of fruit and fruit juices as habit.

4. Three meals a day make your belly stuffed due to slow metabolism of early body fats. So here is the tip that you should break your three meals into small meals 5-6 a day. Doing this will increase your metabolism rate and will also complete your daily calories level of body.

5. Keep track of what you eat. Make food diary so that you know how much calories you have gain today and how much you have saved.



6. Exercise is best way to burn calories and to cut calories up to desired level.

7. Walk briskly in morning it will help to increase your body metabolism and also helps in weight reduction.

8. Avoid using pills to treat your lower body fats. As it seldom helps and in long run it is dangerous as well.

9. Swimming is considered effective for reducing lower body fats.

10. Jogging is highly recommended to burn extra calories. Make sure you jog up to 25 miles a day in order to burn extra lower body fats.

11. Carbonated drinks are very detrimental for your health. You can save up to 95 calories by just avoiding cola drinks.

12. Drink water as many times as you can it will increase your metabolism level and it will also flush unnecessary fats from your body.

13. Avoid taking junk foods you will only end up in developing more fats than anything else.

14. Start your day with healthy breakfast. You can use fruit smoothies, yogurt, and low carbohydrates cereals.

These checklists will surely help you in maintaining healthy life style. You can easily reduce your lower body weight by just taking care of yourself. Once you start caring, you will surely see miracles.
