2. Don't diet for small period as whenever you change your lifestyle you will get fats back on you.

3. Drinking water washes away unnecessary fat and impurities. So drink 8-10 glasses of water regularly.

4. Don't take your meal at once. As it will do harm to your dietary control program. Break your meal in 4-6 parts and eat in small patches of time.

5. Avoid eating before going to bed. You must avoid late night snack or food.

6. Cut down oily and carbohydrate food and always eat vegetables and fruits before meal. This will cut down your surplus calories.

7. Do not starve yourself as it will create an urge to overeat at any point which will increase the fat level of your body.

8. Skipping breakfast is bad habit while reducing weight as it will make you to eat more at next meal and affect the metabolism of your body by increasing more fats.

9. It is noticed that people who eat fast are more vulnerable towards gaining extra weight. So slow down your speed of eating and try to eat slowly. It will relish your food and prevent you from overeating.

10. Exercise is must to reduce weight make exercise as a regular practice. Always do exercise in sessions of 10-30 minutes per day.

11. Light aerobics, yoga and mental exercises also help in balancing your body dynamics.

13. Meditation is also good a way to reduce weight. As meditation reduces your urge to eat more food and balance your diet practice in long run.
