Role of Exercises in Weight Reduction

Exercise plays an important role in reducing the body weight. If you wish to maintain your body then without exercise this is not possible, although walking daily for around thirty minutes is also recommended but neither walking alone can help you reduce weight nor can exercise alone help. Walking is very important because before you actually exercise your body must be warmed up in order to burn the fat. Walking helps in warm up body parts while exercise helps you to shape your body thus both are complementary to each other.

Aerobics is very well known for weight loss. The resulting weight loss from any of the activities stated above is generally disappointing. No one wishes to lose body weight for a day or two and neither does it help, thus whenever we do some exercise the results must be everlasting. When we talk of weight loss we fail to take many important aspects in mind such as age, gender, the quantity of food taken before and after the exercise, age etc., as these must be taken into consideration.

Aerobics is not a short term method rather a method to reduce weight on regular basis. But aerobics may not work for all because there might be some amount of fitness that is required before hand in order to start with aerobics. A person who is obese may find it difficult in the beginning to join aerobics but once you will start with the exercise, you will find doing exercise easier day by day.

Many a times it's seen that people wish to lose weight in few weeks, wherein some are able to lose weight and some are not, even when both spend equal time in exercise. This generally happens because the metabolism of the two people differs. Some people might have weak metabolism due to increasing age while the others may have their metabolism as too weak even at a younger age this all depends on the facts that how we have been taking meals in the past days. Once you start with the exercise make sure that you do not stop eating or taking meal because this might be the reason to cause weakness or might result in future problems.

Once you start with the exercise, cardio workouts are the best for beginners, and once you are in the flow, then slowly you can increase your exercise as per your body strength.

A variety of stretching and flexibility exercises are there that can help you to reduce weight in around twelve weeks. You might consult to nearby diet consultants but it is always recommended to take up something that can be maintained on daily basis with no side effects. Don't forget to reward yourself at the end of the week once you follow up the entire diet schedule.

EXERCISE is must to keep yourself fit; yoga on the other hands helps you to maintain your body as well as helps in maintaining peace of the mind.
